Vaillant Fault Code F75 Repair Information
If you have the Valiant Ecotec and you notice that you have the F75 fault code, it is going to be important that you know what it means and how to proceed. Unfortunately, this is a code that frequently occurs with no really defined remedy and a number of potential causes. However, there are some things that you can do to try to clear the fault code and allow your equipment to run as it should.
The F75 code means “fault, no pressure change detection during start up of pump. Basically speaking, the basic fault is actually that your boiler is not detecting the differences in pressure between the time when the boiler is idle and the pump is running. This is generally something that comes down to some sort of issue within the pressure sensor portion of the pump.
A lot of the time you can tell if the problem is within the pressure sensor or within the pump simply by taking a listen to the boiler as it is trying to run. If you are able to reset the boiler with the lockout button, you can have the boiler call for heat and either turn the heating on or run the hot water tap. If you hear the rumble, the fault is with the pressure sensor. If you do not hear your pump running whatsoever and it locks out, the issue is with your pump.
Whenever you have such a problem with your Valiant Ecotec and you are unable to remedy the situation on your own, it may be necessary to contact a professional for repairs. The main goal is to have your boiler up and running properly and the right service team will be able to get in, check out the situation and find the fix that you are looking for.
